1. The MBS Horizontal Insulting Fireproof glass production line is controlled by the industrial computer system with human machine interface operation and multi axis servo motor drive can achieve automatic glass cleaning, automatic glass transmission, automatic spacer applying, automatic replacement of suction cups, multi-layer glass automatic lamination, intelligent tracking heating press with 14 pairs of progressive pressing rollers. High degree of automation.
2. Touch screen operation interface. It can easily switchbetween automatic and manual operations to complete various parameter settings and modifications.
3. The conveyor has added side loading glass function and pause inspection function to reduce the uncleaned glass automatic entering the lamination section.
4. Automatic spacer applicator can automatically complete the 3-20mm fireproof sealing spacer application and insulating assembling process based on the automatic measurement of glass size, all spacer’s position is completely consistent with perfect assembling accuracy.
5. The suction cup automatic replacement system automatically replaces suction cups according to the size of the glass, which is convenient, fast, safe, and reliable.
6. Intelligent tracking heating system automatically heats the glass edges spacers by radiation according to the glass size, ensuring uniform heating of multi-layer glass spacers to achieve higher bonding effect.
7. Adopting 14 pairs of nitrile rubber pressure rollers for gradual pressing, servo driven automatic adjustment of pressing height, with high pressing accuracy.

8. The entire production line adopts FCS to ensuring smooth and reliable operation.
