Q: Can I try a sample before ordering? 

A: Sure thing. But we will charge the sampling fee and the shipping fee. After the formal

order, all the expenses paid in advance will convert into a deposit for the payment of goods. 

 

Q: Can I change the styles according to my expectation? 

A: Yes, we do provide customized service. However, according to our experience, we believe the styles we provide would be a suitable option for you. 

 

Q: Can I use own special packing as outer packing? 

A : Yes, but we will charge an extra fee for the extra packing. Also, the fee will evaluate according to your quantity. 

 

Q: How do I get your quotation? 

A: Please provide us information as below:

2. Quantity. 

3. Company profile (Name, Tel, Fax, Address, and Webpage). 

4. Any other relevant details. 

 

Q: How long is the lead time of the order? 

A: The lead time may be affected by the inventory issues and the producing condition. The sample orders usually take about 3 ~ 5 business days, and the mass orders take about 25 ~ 35 business days after the order placing. 

 

Q: How long does the transit time take? 

A: Transit time: It depends on the location of your delivery address. (The products will ship out from Taiwan.) Transportation type: Express Service, Sea Freight, Air Shipping Express Service: The ETA will be 3~7 days after remitting the payment. Sea Freight and Air Shipping: It depends on the logistic schedule after remitting the payment.
