All printers here are Epson brand with original ink.The colors last at least 25 years, print more than 1000+㎡ per day.
Printing Equipment
Printer EPSON SureColor P10080D, 12-color printing. According to the image content, three different sizes of circular ink droplets can be sprayed, combined with a unified ink drop shape, ink titration level, improve the print quality. In addition, the ink drop intelligent transformation technology can adjust the ink drop spray in real time to adapt to the printing speed
Cutting Equipment
Cutting machine is capable of precisely cutting printed canvas to specified dimensions. Compared to manual cutting, it offers significant advantages in terms of speed, accuracy, and the smoothness of the cut edges.
Frame Cutting
Our staff will cut the lumber into wooden strips of appropriate lengths. Pine is our standard material for inner frames, and it has a moisture content of 5%. It is pre-heated and therefore very strong and resistant to deformation. Of course, we also support cedar, Chinese oak, paulownia, and oak. Different materials have different prices. Frame Assemble
The pre-cut wood strips will be secured by a Corner nailing machine, driving three nails into each of corners to fix the inner frame.
Canvas Assemble
The staff will secure the printed canvas to the stretching frame, ensuring that each side is perfectly aligned. Typically, after the canvas is secured and the hanging hooks are installed, it is ready to be hung in any desired location.
Outer Frame
Our regular outer framing painting is floating frame painting. This design creates the visual effect of the artwork being suspended or “floating” within the frame. In China, this style is commonly referred to as “floating painting” or "L-frame painting". The frames are crafted from a variety of materials, including wood, metal, and polystyrene (PS). Their design is simplicity and elegance, the customary gap between the stretcher bar and the floater frame ranges from 3 to 10 millimeters, with the precise dimension determined by the artwork’s dimensions. Packing Method
Framed oil paintings will be fitted with corner protectors at each corner, enclosed in a dustproof bag, wrapped in bubble wrap, and then packaged in a five-ply corrugated cardboard box. We support customized packaging. If you require a custom packaging, please send an inquiry detailing your requirements.
Multiple packaging
Based on the size of the painting, our standard packaging consists of 2-6 pieces per five-ply corrugated cardboard box. We will affix painting picture and item number to the front of the box. Barcode labeling is also supported.
Individual Packaging
We can also offer individual packaging, which will charge a bit extra. The material and multiple packaging are identical, and it is sufficiently robust to be shipped directly to your customers.
Wooden Crates
We also offer custom-sized wooden crates. These crates can be configured for individual or multiple-piece packaging, providing comprehensive safeguarding throughout the transport process.
Warehouse
We understand that, due to various circumstances, immediate shipment may not always be possible. To ensure the safekeeping of your goods, we maintain a 2,000 square meter storage facility specifically designed for this purpose.
