This product uses the latest membrane separation technology and is designed for the recovery of hydrogen from high pressure air discharge during the production of synthetic ammonia. Technical Principle


Hydrogen Recovery from High-Pressure Ammonia Synthesis Vent Gas Hydrogen is the primary raw material for ammonia synthesis. During the ammonia synthesis process, in order to maintain a high partial pressure of hydrogen in the synthesis reactor and sustain the ammonia conversion rate, it is necessary to periodically vent a portion of the recycle gas to reduce the inert gas content. However, this also results in the loss of a significant amount of hydrogen in the vent gas. By using membrane separation equipment to recover hydrogen from the vent gas, it can be utilized to increase ammonia production or produce other hydrogenated products, leading to substantial economic benefits:
