The Pass Through Brass Parts Washing Machine utilizes a conveying chain transmission structure and water-based cleaning agents for effective cleaning. It performs cleaning, rinsing, high-pressure air drying, and hot air drying of brass parts.

Structure and Composed Devices:-
The machine consists of the following components:
1. Machine Body
* Made from 304 stainless steel.
* Includes a flowing tank connecting the washing and rinsing systems.
* The seal plate uses cold-rolled plate with surface spray.
2. Upper Cover
* Removable structure made of 304 stainless steel for easy maintenance.
* Contains isolation plates and soft curtains, with a mist exhaust fan at the top.
* The drying station's upper cover is double-layered with Q235 steel and a 40mm insulating layer.
3. Transmission System
* Comprises a 0.75KW motor and BW1815 pin wheel reducer with frequency control.
* Utilizes a compression-type stainless steel mesh belt to prevent brass parts from falling.
* Features anti-slide edges and is supported by spherical bearings for smooth transport.
4. Spray Cleaning System
* Includes a vertical liquid water pump (ISL65-50-160, Q=30T, H=30M, 5.5KW) and adjustable nozzles.
* Achieves cleaning through a dense spray surface at 300Kpa pressure.
* The cleaning liquid is recycled after filtering and can be heated to 70°C.
5. Oil-Water Separation System
* The oil-water separator removes floating oil from the cleaning liquid, improving its effectiveness.
6. Spray Rinsing System
*Features adjustable nozzles and a vertical pump for efficient rinsing, mirroring spray cleaning system.
7. Cleaning Circulating Water Tank
* Composed of a 0.4m³ cleaning tank and rinsing tank with heating and level control systems.
* Features a double-layer heat insulation structure with 40mm insulation thickness.
8. Filter System
* Three-level filtration: 20 mesh coarse, 40 mesh insert, and 50µm precision.
9. Strong Wind Blowing
* Equipped with a 3KW fan to dry water droplets via air jets.
10. Hot Air Drying System
* Composed of a hot air heater, circulating fan, and temperature control system.
* Heats air to 130°C for drying, with a well-insulated chamber made of 304 stainless steel.
11. Mist Exhaust Fan System
* Removes mist from the machine; requires external steam exhaust piping.
12. Electric Control System
* Control console next to the operator, using trusted components from leading domestic brands.
