The intelligent composite sandwich panel production line is an automatic equipment of the JG/T169-2005 standard production line of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development "Lightweight Strips for Building Partition Walls" according to relevant national requirements and for the market. The specifications are in line with the national recommended series. The production line divides the process flow into a storage system, a polystyrene particle pre-expansion system, an automatic metering and feeding system, a sandwich material mixing system, a forming plate machine, a pouring system, and a mold circulation system. The product is poured and formed at one time, and the production process is automatically controlled. 3-5 personnel required.
Vertical Mold Car :
Vertical mold car: It can produce sandwich wall panels and solid wall panels. Its advantage is bigger productions capacity. Like
wall panel with 100mm thickness, it can produce 36 sheets per mold car.
Horizontal mol cars: It is multi-functional. It can produce all kinds wall panel. Compared with vertical kind, it can only produce
10 sheets per mold car. For example, if you want to produce 300 sheets per day/100 mm thickness: For vertical mold car, you only
need to buy 9 sets mold cars For horizontal mold car, you need to buy 30 sets mold cars. So in this horizontal mold car, your
investment in machine is higher than vertical mold car.
