Description





Introduction & Application
The TP-ZS series vibrated filter is a type of precision powder griddle, characterized by low noise, high efficiency, and a quick 2-3 minute griddle replacement. Its fully enclosed structure makes it ideal for filtering particles and powder. Broadly speaking, this equipment serves as a filtration mechanical separation device used for treating solid phases in slurry. It consists of a screen and a vibrator. The coarseness of the screen is indicated by mesh size, with screens below 50 mesh considered coarse screens and those above 80 mesh considered fine screens.






The ZS series vibrating griddle operates by using an upright motor as the vibration source. Eccentric hammers are mounted on both the top and bottom of the motor, which convert rotational movement into horizontal, vertical, and inclined motions. These combined movements are then transferred to the griddle's surface. By adjusting the phase angles on both the top and bottom, you can alter the movement patterns of the griddle surface. Essentially, the operation relies on the interplay of vibrational force and the screening action of the griddle.

Working principle
The vibrating motor is mounted on the side of the screen machine, and depending on the number of motors, the machine can be classified as either a single vibration source or a dual vibration source type. In a single vibration source direct discharge screen, the material on the screen surface moves up and down, which does not support automatic discharge. In contrast, the dual vibration source direct discharge screen uses the combined effect of two vibrating motors to drive the material in an elliptical motion on the screen surface, enabling quick and repeated separation and screening.
Production capacity
The up-and-down motion combined with the direct discharge method reduces the time needed to convey materials to the discharge port during the screening process, thereby increasing output. The production capacity of a direct discharge vibrating sieve is 2 to 5 times greater than that of a rotary vibrating sieve.
Precision
The screening mesh size ranges from approximately 2 to 200 mesh, providing a narrower range of screening precision. It is suitable for screening granular or coarser powdered materials and is often used as an intermediate step in fine and mining screening processes.
Working principle
The unbalanced weight hammer of the vibrating motor generates three-dimensional movements—horizontal, vertical, and inclined—driving the material to achieve high-precision screening and classification.
Production capacity
To ensure screening accuracy, after the material undergoes three-dimensional motion on the surface, it must continue to bounce under the influence of the vibration until it reaches the 360-degree rotatable discharge port on the side for smooth discharge. As a result, the capacity is somewhat lower compared to a direct discharge screen.
Precision
The screening precision can reach up to approximately 500 mesh, making it suitable for fine powdered products.

Eliminates the need for reinforcement ribs, making the lid stronger and easier to clean.
New design mesh screen
The mesh screen and mesh screen ring are bonded together with food-grade epoxy resin, making it easy to change the mesh size and clean.


Sealing ring
The sealing ring and epoxy resin will hide in the interlayer, without leakage and material hiding.
Quick-release seal
Allows for quick and easy disassembly, making cleaning simpler.


Both cover and inlet are finely polished and welding
Round and silicone bouncing cleaning ring and gasket.
