The helmet is designed for the professional welder who wants the best in protection and performance. The helmet features ADF technology and has an internal LCD display, providing the welding full control to adjust shade level from DIN 5 to DIN 13. The helmet also has sensitivity and delay settings with precision for any welding application. The quick set feature allows for easy change of shade with a simple up and down flick of the swich. The grind mode is activated at the lowest sensitivity. The light weight shell and ergonomically designed headgear offers maximum comfort even when welding for long periods of time. This helmet is suitable for MIG, TIG, Stick, grinding and manual plasma cutting.
Product Description
Auto Darkening Welding Helmet TH-2B2 has been designed specially for
welders with varying job requirements and a need for an extensive range
of individual adjustment options.
The features include protective levels from DIN 3 to DIN 13 and various
additional options that provide the welder with absolute freedom and
unrestricted comfort.
The enlarged field of view (+ 33%) and true color filter allows the welder
a brilliant, detailed view of the welding object.
· Button to select shade level ranges: DIN 3-9 and DIN 9-13.
· Variable shade level control between DIN 3-9 or DIN 9-13.
· Grinding mode to prevent automatic darkening when grinding and brazing.
· Sensitivity control to adjust the sensors ability to detect the welding arc.
· Selectable opening delay to provide protection from the afterglow and to adapt to personal needs.
· Batteries CR2032, 2 pcs (back side)
· The delay function allows the user to set the dark-to-light switching time (1-20000s).
· A selection of welding filters with superior optical performance for continuous viewing comfort.
· Arc detection down to 1 amp TIG.
· Ultraviolet (UV) and infrared (IR) protection at all times, in all states.
· Increased coverage for ear and side of head.
CE Approvals and European Standards
