  Graphite SiC crucible for melting copper,metal,gold,aluminium in induction furnace      

It is combined with high purity silicon carbide and ultra fines. Shaped by vibration, made by high sintering. The SiC crucible is an oxide bonded silicon carbide based products, which is used in Kiln Furniture. It is featured with high bending strength at elevated temperature, good abrasion resistance, Resistance to thermal shock, high thermal conductivity and offers a good life.

Item 3, sic graphite crucible Rotational Molding type . Main raw material is sic , natural   graphite , Al2O3 .etc   then making the size by Rotational Molding machine . carbon content from 20% to 50% , sic content 20%-40% . with the Prevent oxidation coating . density always 1.7-1.85 

Item 4 , sic graphite crucible isostatic pressing type ,  that always is the europe and japan brand . with high quality . same sic graphite crucible . The best quality crucible made by this way . Density always 1.95-2.2 .

ATTENTION:

1,Crucible should be placed at a dry place or placed in a wooden frame

2,The crucible tongs should be matched to the shape of crucible to avoid damage crucible

3,The quantity of the feeding should be based on the capacity of the crucible, do not feed too much or too tight, otherwise the crucible may be bursted

4,We should tap the crucible when clean the slag, in order to avoid damage the crucible body 

5,The pedestal of crucible placed should put some kelp, carbon powder or asbestos powder, pedestal should be matched to the bottom of the crucible, the crucible placed in the center of furnace. 

6,There should be maintained distance between crucible and furnace and the crucible should be fixed firmly by wedge

7,Using an excess oxidizer will reduce the life of the crucible
