Maltose syrup is also known as malt sugar. Using rice and malt as raw material .maltose syrup is produced by liquefaction, saccharification, evaporation and other process.
Functions
1. Can make the pastry fresh and delicious, prevent the aging of food, increase the shelf life of food.
2. Replace some granulated sugar and keep the food low in sweetness .
3.As sweeteners ,Maltose syrup is stable at acid conditions, with high osmotic pressure and authentic smooth sweetness.4.Moisturizer and preservative .

It is widely used in candy, beverage products, dairy products, beer, jelly, baked goods, spices, enzymes, convenience foods, meat products and other industries.
