EVA Foaming Vulcanizer Features:
1.Used for producting of foaming slippers,foaming sheet,thermal insulation material,sports protecivematerial,life jacket,sponge and other rubber products;
2.Main frame uses casting steel,piston adopts chilled cast iron,with surface hardness is HR-70.

Features(Rubber vulcanizing machine)
1) - Beam and platform: Q235 steel
Welded together as a whole part; Annealing treatment after weldment.
2) - Plate: Surface polishing to 1.6μm; Depth of parallelism ±0.05mm.
Plate with Q235A or 45# Steel .
3) - Frame: Q235 steel, thickness 80mm, parallelism ±1.5mm.
Weldment: submerged arc welding, VSR treatment after weldment.
4) - Piston with material Chilled cast iron HS 68-75 hardness.
5) - Hydraulic Cylinder Cast steel ZG-270-500.
6) - PLC and all electric parts brand: Schneider, and best brand Zhengtai in China.
