ISONEM BE 99 BUILDING WALL PAINT is an exterior paint that forms an elastic and waterproof layer on the surfaces applied after drying up. It offers a decorative coating, it is water based and acrylic polymer based. It does not contain solvents and has an elasticity of 300% it can be applied on dry or slightly humid surfaces. Economic, long lasting, highly elastic, silicone enhanced product with perfect UV resistance.
Surface Preparation :
Before application, make sure that the surfaces are clean and free from elements such as oil, grease, mud, and the bulging particles must be cleansed. The surface may be dry or slightly moist. Do not apply on surfaces that vomit salt from the negative side. If the surface to be applied has cracks, holes, etc., they should be repaired with ISONEM M 03 elastic mortar. If
dilatation exists on the surfaces, they should be filled with ISONEM A4 elastic filling. ISONEM BE 99 is ready to use. Before each use, we recommend that the package is opened and stirred in a homogenous manner.
CONSUMPTION : 0,5 - 1 kg/m2
PACKAGING : In buckets of 10 kg.
STORAGE : 24months in a dry and cool place.
Using Areas :
On all types of external surfaces coated with plaster or paint, old or new buildings,
On exterior walls, wood surfaces, etc.
During the painting of gross concrete or pre-fabricated structures.
Application:
The product can be applied with a brush, roll or with an appropriate spraying equipment. Before the application, a first coating is applied through the dilution of ISONEM BE 99 with water at a proportion of 1 : 1. After the first coating, wait for 4 hours for drying. Subsequently, the coated surface is applied 2 layers of paint with an interval of 4 hours in between and the paint
work is finished.
