Technical characteristics:


Cold Room Doors are shaped by foaming at one time through high-pressure injection of PU. PU is of dense tissue, evenly filled, without foam contracting and bulging, making door flat and artistic.


Sealing strips: The tightness of refrigeration storage doors mainly depending on the strips.

1..Hardware components used for doors are pressed through mechanical process, with high precision. They can ensure doors opened easily and freely.
2.Anti-freezing devices: Electric heating anti-freezing devices are fixed around the door to effectively prevent doors and door frames from bonding and freezing.

3.Out-of-danger devices: When someone is locked in the storage carelessly, just turn the out-of-danger handle and pull the door opener device to open the door and escape danger smoothly without destroying the door lock.


 


4.Electric driving devices: With specific switching device, when power is off, the driving device is separated automatically to allow easy manual operation. With photoelectric contactless switch, the storage door will stop automatically when it runs almost to terminal (with certain distance left) ,against impact. Gear racks or chains are used for driving, allowing longer service life. With PLC or IC control, the electric control system runs smoothly and steadily ,easy maintenance.
