<1> Are you a manufacturer?

A. Yes, we have our own factory with 2 production lines and around 200 employees. We also have about 19 years of experience of making shoes.

<2> What is your moq?

A. Normally, our MOQ is 800 pairs per each colors.

<3> How about the sample Delivery time?

A. It costs about 3 weeks to finish the sample. As for mass production, our delivery time is 60-65 days after received the depoist.

<4> What is your Payment terms?

A. We accept L/C at sight, T/T, and alibaba trade assurance payment. If you worried about the payment, you can choose alibaba assurance payment, which will be protect your money, delivery time and quality.

<5> How to keep the quality?

1> We have QC team, who are in the factory to control producing, and inspect the goods for our customers. Once everything is ready, our documents department will book the vessel, then ship it.

2> We do observe the relevant codes of government's environment law, and our production process is not harmful to the environment.

<6> What products do your company do?

A. Currently we mainly produce  Army boots/Hiking boots/Hunting boots  and so on for all ages.

<7> How is the sample fee charge?

A. It depends, Usually the sample fee will pay 2times, when the order will return back to you the sample fee.

<8> My design shoes (OEM) are available?

A. Yes, OEM is available and we will make samples before production.

<9> Can I place my own brand on shoes (ODM)?

A. Yes, ODM is welcome. We can place your logo on insole, tag, hand tag, box or other parts.

<10> Can I get a discount for my order?

A. As a manufacturer. We will give you competitive price according to your order quantity. The bigger quantity, the bigger discount.
