There is also Mail Package for some special designs, specific performation is shown as below illustration. Applying 2cm thickness polyester foams from 4 side and 1cm thickness foam from bottom and top in order to protect from any damage among shipment. Hardwares and other accessories sealed in PE bags(outer small box is also availble).
As panels are ALL splited in shipment, assembly instruction paper will be included in carton. Our package can prevent the collision between panels and you will not hear any whomp when wave around the carton. Hinge and screws are sealed in bag, will cause no scratch to panels. It must be adult who assemble the panels step-by-step,chidlren are not suggested in case that any accident occur to young kids. Below please check sample assembly instruction.

QUESTION 1:What's our normal MOQ for each design?
ANSWER: Normally, our MOQ is 500pcs for each design, for doll house, MOQ is 1000pcs each design.However, if you intend to order the design which is in production, we can lower the quantity to some extent. Or if you have very great interest in our products, we can negotiate on this issue.
QUESTION 2: Could you accept OEM or ODM order?
ANSWER: Absolutely, customized order is welcomed. We will protect all your designs and sign confidentiality with your firm if necessary. We will try our best to protect your warrant and patents.
QUESTION 3: Are your material totally safe for kids?
ANSWER: Yes, we keep applying non-toxic material like NC paint and E1 degree board for all products, contain no hazard composition to kids.We have certificates to guranteen.
QUESTIONS 4: How about your ITO(Inventory turnover rate)?
ANSWER: Our ITO is about 5-8times per year, it turns out to give us enough fund to keep running.Now we are making progress on it.
QUESTION 5: Do you have any insurance about your products like PLI?
ANSWER: Right now, we do not have insurance about the client's compensation, however, if you wish we can apply insurance for you.
QUESTION 6: What's your attitude toward customer's complain or even compensation?
ANSWER: We will always be responsible for any feedback from customer, after making survey about the cause the problems, if the mistake is ours, we will definitely make up for it.
