1. The most important part, high precision shearing unit is of HEUSCH from Germany, which is trustworthy to make the excellent shreaing.

 

2. PLC controlling system has been adopted increasing the automation of this shearing machine which also provides a easy maintenance for this machine.

 

3. The shearing cylinder and the cleaning box are individually driven by special motors. The textile shearing machine speed is adjustable, by means of inverter controlling.

 

4. Fabric tension is managed by inveter, which offers easy adjustment and assures the reliable quality on shearing.

 

5. The tension of V belt for driving shearing cylinder can be adjusted pneumatically to maintain a constant tension which offers a good drive and promotes the effeciency.

 

6. The distance between the cloth and the cutting edge of the shearing cylinder is displayed digitally which can also be adjusted electrically with the precision of 0.01mm.

 

7. Seams detector prevents the cloth seam from getting cut by the shearing cylinder.

 

8. A metal detector is optional which can make it safer in operation by auto stop when alarm.

 

9. An auto centering device is optional at the feeding bracket which could spread and ensure the fabrics fed in center position automatically to save manpower.

 

10.This textile shearing machine equipped with dust absorption device and dust abatment.

 

11.Electrostatic eliminate is optional at the plaiting device.
