5. Features:
The devulcanizer adopts a new technology of devulcanization.Compared with traditional devulcanizing equipments,it is advanced in the following points.
1). The reclaim powder no need to be ground so fine and the devulcanizing time is shortened;Reclaim softener, reclaiming agents and rubber powder can be put together into the devulcanizer;To open and lock the devulcanizing vessel is automatized during the working process.
2).The devulcanizer is a horizontal pressurized vessel with mixing paddles fixed in it. The mixing shaft with paddles can rotate dockwise and anti-clockwise.The left and right rotating paddles push the materials in the vessel moving along the shaft to be well mixed and equally heated.
3).The devulcanizer employs a hydraulic system to open,close and lock up the feeding door and the discharging door.
4).For our oil heating form, the heating , tempreture are very equal on the surface of the main tank. we promise the point.
