Application
The printing material should be films in roll, eg. PET, PVC, PP, PC, BOPP films.
The LTA-7060 automatic screen printing machine can print labels and stickers, water and heat transfer film, membrane switches, IMD, IML, RFID, FPC, ceramic decals, motorcycle helmet decals, nameplate and non-woven fabrics, etc.

Components
An automatic screen printing machine is a roll to roll screen printing line.
It includes a feeding machine, a printing machine and a hot air dryer. (UV dryer is available for option.)
Automatic Feeding Machine
1. Mitsubishi frequency converter is adopted to control the feeding speed automatically.
2. Adopt German precision motor and reducer to ensure stable operation of the machine.
3. The feeder is controlled by an imported photoelectric switch to avoid scratching the material, and the feeding length can be automatically adjusted.
4. Using electromagnetic tension control, tension size can be arbitrarily adjusted.
5. Simultaneous double-sided dust removal for printing materials to reduce waste and improve yield.
6. Automatic stops without material.
