1. The descriptions for complete rice milling processing:
a. Cleaning: removing all impurities and unfilled grains from the paddy.
b. De-stoning: separating small stones from the paddy.
c. Husking: removing the husk from the paddy.
d. Paddy separation: separating the unhusked paddy from the brown rice.
e. Whitening: removing all or part of the bran layer and germ from the brown rice.
f. Polishing: improving the appearance of milled rice by removing remaining bran particles and by polishing the exterior of the milled kernel.
g. Grading: separate different quality rice and broken rice from the good head ones.
h. Color sorting machine: select the bad black/yellow/white belly rice and other grains.
i. Blending: mix head rice with predetermined amount of brokens, as required by the customer
j. Weighing and bagging: packing the finished rice into bags, preparing milled rice for transport to the customer.

 2. Necessary machines of 30~40T/D Complete Rice Mill Machine

         30-40t/day small rice milling line can process about 2-2.5ton raw paddy and produce 1300-1700kg white rice per hour, this line consists of paddy cleaner, de-stoner, rice huller, separator, rice miller (dry polisher), rice grader, etc.. This series of machine is developed by our company can produce high-quality rice. The series has a blowing device, bran can be separated directly. The output rice is very clean and bright, rice temperature is low, and low power consumption, large output, also has a beautiful appearance, compact structure, conveninent maintenance and operation characteristics, widely use in urban, rural, small and medium-sized rice processing plant.

1. Equipped with two units low temperature whitemers, twice whiting, small increase in broken but bring high precision and good quality white rice;

2. Equipped with separate cleaning machine alone with de-stoner, more fruitful on impurities and stones removing; 3. Lower energy consumption,  high efficiency and high yield;

4. The enhanced silky polishing machine is available, which make the rice shining and glossy, suitbale for high-grade rice production;

Usually in 5-45 days after payment, it depends on the model and order quantity. For small packages, we can choose delivery by air(Normal air or courier: DHL, TNT, UPS, FedEx, etc.). For large machines, we can arrange to ship by water( LCL or FCL, bulk cargo or RO/RO), train or truck.

A:- It depends on which country you are in. We have exclusive agents at several countries at this time. Most countries you can sell freely. 

Q6:- After payment, how long will it take to get the machines we order? 
A:- Normally 30-90 days after your payment (15-45 days for manufacturing, 15 - 45 days for delivery and shipment on sea)

A:- Some machines will come with some free spare parts. We also advise you purchase some wearing parts with the machines together to stock for urgent replacement, we can send you recommended parts list.
