System Introduction
♣Lead edge feeder(Under suction feeder)
l Equipped with lead edge feeder ,it can prevent the cardboard damage by the black wheels.
l Independent servo actuator can assure the cardboard send to right position and avoid crash on the paper
l The big power suction fan and the adjusted wind system work for 3-9mm corrugated box.
♣Feeding table
l Adjustable brush wheels and pressing wheels to ensure precise position to enter into front and side lay
l Advance push and pull lay of registration can assure the die cutting precision
l Rikko light front lay detection system prevent the slanting paper move in main body
l The lifting of the brush wheel frame is controlled by cylinder. Easy to operate.

l Adopt automatic centralized lubricating system and setting main chain lubricating system by HMI
l Patented design shock absorption system can prolong the life of main body and increase the pressure
l The intermittent gearbox made in Taiwan can assure the accurate registration and decrease the gripper attack

l Double action movement structure with upper and lower stripping frame facilitates die change

PLC adopts electronic control system.There are various safe guarding devies that when accident occurs,it will give an alarm by sound and light and shutdown automatically to protect sfety of man and machine.

Lightweight and durable aluminum alloy 9 pieces gripper bars with ultra hard coat and anodized finish ensure accurate and consistent paper registration,gripper bar chain imported from Renold UK
Packaging & Shipping
Acceptance standard
l When we have finished the main body,we will run it without chain system 72 hours no-stopping. Then the important parts (Crankshaft, Copper sheathing, Bearing) will be checked about the temperature every three hours. If the temperature of the part will not increase by hour, it will be ok.
l When we have finished the delivery system, we will check the diecutting accurate with 250gsm paper card and 3-player corrugated board. We must insure the accurate within ±0.1mm, it will be ok.
l About the machine speed, we will text it in high and low, the frequency converter is normally, the noise is little. We also will run the speed extend the 4500sheet/h, in this environment, the machine will be also good.

1. Are you a factory or trading company?
Ruijie Machinery is a factory and manufacturer in this field about 10 years since 2004.
2. What is the terms of payment you accept?
We usually accept the T/T payment, we need 30% of total amount as deposit, pay the 70% balance before delivery.
3. Where is your factory located ? How can I visit there?
Our factory located in Dongguang County,Hebei Province,China., near to the capital city Beijing and port Tianjin. You can fly to Bejing airport directly and we will pick you up there.
4. How does your factory do regarding quality control?
