 Barium fluoride shows good optical transmission over wide spectrum range, which can be used as UV-IR windows in 0.15μm~0.25μm. It also presents excellent scintillation properties, which is widely used in high energy physics, nuclear physics and nuclear medical instruments ect.

Beijing Glass Research Institute founded in 1960s, we are the state owned institute pioneered in optical materials.
