Structure Features:

 

1.ZJB agitator is cantilever flange connection structure, which can be fixed on the wall of pulp chest without seperate foundation, it's easy to install.

2.It is driven by triangle belt, which helps to install and dismantle easily.

3.The impeller is stainless steel precision casted, which ensure the accuracy and make the operation smooth and stable.

4.The blades and hub are changeable constructure, the blades angle can be adjusted to meet different working condition.

5.The bearing has stong bearing capacity and it's easy to install. The external design of bearing can be changed conveniently without the condition of draining the pulp.

6. The special design of guiding plate avoid the impurity   and improves mixing efficiency meanwhile.

7. Shaft protection sleeve prevent the shaft from abrasion and corrosion.

8. Shaft seal: single mechnical seal and packing seal.
