When mixing suitable ratio water, type RHC-1 Rapid--hardening Compound Cement has Excellent flouidity, peaceability and workability. After the mortar is put into the moulds, at the normal temperature, the products can be de-moulded within 20 to 30 minutes. And its surface is better smooth and flat.

 

Specification,

When W/C 0.24-0.25, at the normal temperature,

Initial Setting: about 1 to 3 minutes,

Final Setting: about 3 to 5 minutes,

De-moulding Time: about 15 to 30 minutes.
