Shenzhen Chenggong Building Materials Co., Ltd.(www.chngn.com) supplying Low-heating Portland Cement., also named High Belite Cement (HBC) or  cement for dam, a kind of high-performance environmentally-friendly energy-saving cement. It has better performances of low heat and sulfate resistance.

Character:

1. Low heat of hydration

Hydration heat value at 3d and 7d is lower 20% than Portland Cement. Limited value of temperature rise is lower over 15% than Portland Cement.

4. Higher rate of development of late strength

Compressive Strength of concrete of Low Heat Cement is higher 10.0MPa at 90d age, 15 to 20MPa at 6m age, 12MP at 1y  than Portland Cement and Moderate Heat Cement.

5. More high strength of concrete

Compressive Strength of concrete of Low Heat Cement will reach about 80.0MPa at 90d, 90MPa at 6m, over 90MP at 1y.

6. Lower adiabatic temperature rise will decrease temperature control steps and lower risks of concrete and products rupture.

7. Super-high corrosion resistance, special to sulfate 

Corrosion-resistance mould of Low Heat Cement is over 0.97 when it has been cured in 3% Na2SO3 solution for 6 months. It shows Low Heat Cement has better performance of erosion resistance, special to sulfate.

8. Excellent dry shrinkage resistance

Rates of dry shrinkage of Low Heat Cement several ages are only 50% to 70% of Portland cement. And the dry shrinkage  stability term of Low Heat Cement is very short. After 28 day age, dry shrinkage rate will be no any changed.

9. Good wear resistant, flush resistant
