Characteristic of HAC: 

HAC has the characteristics of rapid setting, high early strength, frost resistant, sulfate resistance, high temperature proof. It is suitable for the construction of frost and sulfate corrosion resistance and high temperature proof, and making fireproof concrete, refractory brick, manmade marble bricks, drymix motar materials, etc.  

Specification of HAC:

1, Initial Setting Time: 30min Min  

2, Final Setting time: 6 hours Max

3, Compressive Strength(Min): 40MPa(1day), 50MPa(3day)

4, Breaking Strength(Min):  5.5MPa(1day), 6.5MPa(3day);

5, Chemical Items: Al₂O₃ 50%Min, Fe₂O₃ 2.5%Max, SiO₂ 8.0%Max, CaO 35%Max.

If putting type SAC-1 Rapid-setting Accelerator into HAC, it will get faster setting hardening and demould.

Packing: 1MT big bag,
