Established in 2003, Jiangmen Proudly Water-soluble Plastic Co., Ltd. ("PROUDLY") manufactures fully biodegradable and water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol (PVA/PVOH) products. Now we are the only one manufacturer of water soluble film undertaking ISO9001-2008 Quality Control System in China.
