The speed is adjusted by transducer , the Moror is 0.75KW, the transmission

 parallelism is 0.1mm, the rotating speed is 0--300 circle/minute
  the voltage can be adjusted according to customer’s request, such as
 110v,220v,380v,..etc

 

lead rail surface quenching HRC56-60,high-accurate lead rail grind (can do the accurate line streaming lead rail according to your request !)

Headstock have synchronous belt drive ,decrease the noise of the original chain drive !

The headstock rotate synchronous ,(can do the two headstock rotate indepently according to your request ! )
The coaxiality of the chuck is less than 0.05mm
The quartz lathe is matched with heat insulation frame and burner adjusting frame !
