What is Tyvek?
Dupont TYVEK is a quite unique and stable materials in medcal packaging. It is known for its outstanding strength, durability and tear-resistance.
As well as industrial use for ETO and Gamma sterilization, Tyvek is also used for Gas Plasma sterilization at hospital.
It is compatible with all Low Temperature Hydrogen Peroxide sterilization systems and easy to seal with tradiional heat-sealing machine.

Instruction
1.Choose the right sterilized bags according to the length of items. Put the clean and dry items into the sterilized paper-film bag, the items should not exceed 3 / 4 space of the sterilized bag to guarantee a sufficient closure, otherwise the burst possibility of sterilized bags will be increased.
2.Sharp instruments should be placed contrary from the stripping direction to prevent possible risk.
3.Tear the release paper, seal the bag by the folding line, and then put up the label of product name, batch number, sterilization time and other information. Make sure the closure strap stick well to the bag, and use fingers to press the closure line.
4.Put the closed sterilized bags in the related sterilized equipments, and sterilize according to relevant international standard requirements.
5.Should confirm if the discoloration of chemical indicator is consistent with the discoloration of the sterilized bags after sterilize.
6.The products can not be used immediately after sterilize, they should be stored in cool, dry, ventilation and non-corrosive gas environments.
7.The sterilized bag should be torn by the unsealed direction. Should be holding two torn edge while dissecting, and open it with uniform balance.
8.Check the sterilized pouch before using. Do not use if it’s damaged or polluted!
