a) Professional service team and fast-response service mechanism. On line maintenance and other technical support and service can be provided within the guarantee period(normally, 1 year for machine after installation finished ). Engineers of Chinese or Indian service center can be sent for factory service according the distance to customer's factory if it is needed(free for the engineers' salary, customers just need to cover the cost for round trip air ticket, food and accommodation).
New paid-service contract(AMC) can be signed when the machine installation has been finished for 1 year(guarantee period is over).
b) Abundant spare parts are in storage to ensure replacement for broken parts can be sent to customers immediately .
