1. Who we are ?We are a professional manufacturer, we have a very strong team for developing and production, our factory is located in
Kocaeli/Turkey province.
2. Can I have a sample order ?
Yes, you can. But the samples will be charged, also if need to open mold for printing or accessory, we have to collect money before proceeding samples. We don’t have any profit for making sample, we wish get your orders for bulk production. Also please advise the consignee info, so that we can check the freight charge while making samples.
3. Can I make the products in our own designs ?
Yes, we specialize in customize. You can choose our designs or using yourselves.
4. Why the price is higher than others?
The quotation is based on different quality and work manship. We focus on medium to high end. You can provide your own quality standard so that we can offer the competitive prices to you.
5. How about the MOQ?
Normal MOQ is 500pcs, if possible, but we can accept smaller order according to realistic condition.
6. What kind of delivery you often use?
We usually use express such like FEDEX, DHL or UPS for samples, and bulk by sea or by air. We follow the requirements of different clients.
7. What’s your delivery time?
Sampling: 5-7days.
Bulk production: 35-50days after everything is approved, it’s properly implemented according to different quantity and
workmanship, usually, our daily output is 1000pcs. We can satisfy all kinds of needs for sure.
8. What’s the payment terms?
The usually is 30% deposit and 70% balance for new clients. If the quantity is large, it is negotiable.
