Ingredients: | * Codfish. Whole cow's milk. butter garlic wheat flour and special sizing agent (contains: wheat flour, wheat starch, salt and thickening agent) Breadcrumbs (wheat flour, water, salt and yeast). |
Food allergens and intolerances: | Gluten-containing cereals, lactose, cod, garlic. May contain traces of fish, crustaceans and shellfish. Our cod croquettes are NOT suitable for coeliacs, as they contain wheat flour. At the same time, we would like to inform you that these gourmet cod croquettes do NOT contain egg. |
Conservation: | * In the freezer they last up to 1 year. * They go in a special bag for frozen, since they are sent frozen. * Once defrosted, consume in 2-3 days. Do not refreeze after thawing. |
Preparation: | There are 2 ways to cook our ham croquettes: * Directly from the freezer : heat the oil to 180-190º degrees and place them directly in the fryer or frying pan. * Defrost previously : remove the product from the freezer 30 minutes before preparation and heat the oil to 180-190º degrees in a frying pan or deep fryer. |
