Beef minced meat with a fat content below 24%: Made from selected beef cuts to obtain very good quality mince.
Our IQF minced meat is prepared from the best meats, using the latest technology throughout the production process to guarantee the fulfilment of the specifications and standards demanded by customers.
A BES system is used during the manufacturing process, which eliminates the toughness of the meat, thereby improving its texture.
Furthermore, all meat passes through a metal detection system to guarantee the maximum quality of our products.
The freezing system uses the latest technology and quick-freezes the minced meat leaving it totally loose, to be used and thawed in the amounts that are going to be used at that moment.
IQF minced meat can be used without previous thawing and has a reduced cooking time.
