Our meatballs are prepared from the best meats, using the latest technology throughout the production process to guarantee the fulfilment of the specifications and standards demanded by customers of each and every one of the meatballs produced.
A BES system is used during the manufacturing process, which eliminates the toughness of the meat, thereby improving its texture.
Furthermore, all the meatballs pass through a metal detection system to guarantee the maximum quality of our products.
The freezing system uses the latest technology and quick-freezes the meatballs in 15 minutes, leaving them loose inside the box and able to be picked up individually
