Q2. Can I ask the samples for checking?
Yes, small samples could be provided for free. We can help you to arrange shipment, you just need to provide your courier account, or pay the express fee if you don’t have it. You can also assign the one you worked with.

Q3. How can I order and make payment?
Once clear your requirement and determined which product is ideal for you, Sunree will work with you to find the best solution. For new customer: 30% T/T prepayment, the balance should be paid before shipment; L/C at sight.

Q4. What's your delivery term?
EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF delivery terms, we also provide service for Customs clearance at destination port.

Q5. What's the MOQ.?
Generally we keep a stock of the standard products, there is no minimum quantity. For specific items, we will ask the MOQ as lower as possible. Based on our integrated supply chain, one container can be mix loaded some items as your wishes, it can save more capital flow.

Q6. What about the shipping?
We can ship in small batches by way of air express or larger ones by the container, you can either use your own assigned shipping agent or our cooperative forwarder.
Please don’t forget that we are located in the coastal areas of China, which means that we have the most convenient maritime transportation!

Q7. How long is the delivery time?
If we have free stock of the standard products, we can send it to you within 3-5 working days after receiving deposit or 100% payment into our bank account.

If we don’t have free stock, the delivery time will be 1 to 2 weeks.

Q8. Do you make new one as per specific demands?
Yes, we can provide bespoke service to customers with specific requirements, you can send the detailed requirements by email, or send us samples for checking, we will check if we can develop them especially for you. We develop new items for every customer’s specific needs, and some of them may not yet updated on our website.

Q9. How to ensure the quality and service?
