Dama Rosa
This wine from Perricone grapes comes from a challenge: to demonstrate that it is possible, with great grapes, to obtain a great
rosé, fresh and pleasant, but with a good structure. We then extract the free-run must of our best grapes, after a few hours of
maceration, and we vinify it in white, obtaining an intense and fragrant rosé, brilliant and highly combinable, especially with
vegetables.

Vinification system: cryomaceration for one night Inoculation of selected indigenous. Sicilian yeasts. Vinification and aging in stainless steel silos at a controlled temperature for 5 months

The grape harvest in pink
A harvest made by women for women. An annual event whose proceeds are entirely donated to projects in support of women's health and well-being.
The idea stems from the leading role that female figures play in our company, in our products and in our origins, so much so that it inspired the Terre di Gratia brand.
Not only harvest, but also culture and gastronomy, with various artists exhibiting or performing live during the day and numerous local agri-food companies participating with their products. Furthermore, with the grapes harvested during the day, we produce a special bottle whose proceeds are also donated to charity.
