A: We are honored to offer you sample for quality check.
Q2.What is delivery time?
A:It usually take 3-5 working days for small order and 10-15 days for big order.
Q3.What payment do you accept?
A:In general, our payment is trade assurance order for retail order and bulk order accept T/T ,Deposit and etc.
Q4.What is your warranty terms?
A:we offer 12 months warranty except for man-made damage.
Q5.Do you have the products in stock?
A:Depends on your request. We have standard model in stock. Some model and big order will be newly produced according to your orders.

FOB,EXW,Europe and part of South-East Asia can do DDP.

Normally Neutral package and OEM package. We pack our ebikes/scooter in carboard boxes.one bike into per carton.

Yes, we have 100% test before delivery. 4 steps at least for testing: Incoming material testing, testing under assembling,finished products testing and sample testing before shipment.
