Molini Industriali Spa is a leading company in wheat processing, with particular reference to the
production of whole wheat and semi whole wheat flours.
By using the latest technology and respecting the
ancient art of milling, we have always been producing
high quality wheat flour, that we proudly export all over
the world.
We use about 80% Italian wheat, much more than the
national average (50%), and the "100% Italian" lines are
made using only Italian wheat (from Emilia Romagna).
Short supply chain and the bond with the territory and
the community of Modena are fundamental aspects
for us. Being close to the raw material, therefore to our
farmers, and being able to offer a quality service is an
element of great advantage and the element on which
we aim.
The farmers' investments have all been made in this
direction, bringing the direct contribution to over 35,000
TM of wheat. We had wheat farmers' contribution that
exceeded 30% in 3 years, a result that has given great
satisfaction .
We want to strengthen our presence in the area,
especially for the historical value represented by this
company. We are proud to believe that we have done so
much in these years to recover the territory: the Molini
Nuovi are part of the Modena heritage, and today we are
committed in the requalification of the northern area of
the city. Emilia is the cradle of great gastronomic traditions and bonds with land and
agriculture. Savouring typical local products allows people to get to know the
culture of our territory better. A feature we are proud of: combining quality
