TRADITIONAL Red and Rosè line FERRERI, new mix of high quality for table Restaurants Wine shop.
Native grape of Pignatello (also called Perricone) from which a strong red wine and an innovative rosè wine is obtained. Pignatello is an ancient red grape variety typical of Sicily.


PIGNATELLO RED
If Processed by means of a long maceration with the skins, an excellent Red Wine is obtained.
It has a decisive colour and violet reflections, with a very involving and spicy taste and very connected to the land that produces it.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18 °C
PIGNATELLO ROSE'
If the wine is immediately separated from the skins, we obtain a Rosè wine with great personality, complex and structured both in taste and nose.
Its colour is often reminiscent of strawberries, which are also often found in its taste.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 9-12 °C

Our Company






The winery was born in 2003 thanks to the idea of three partners, after many years of experimentation on vinification of the different grapes cultivated in our territory.
The philosophy adopted by the winery was to value local grapes and to cultivate and vinify only indigenous varieties.

The first vinified grapes were Nero D'avola and Catarratto, then the winery decided to focus on other strongly rooted varieties in Western Sicily such as Pignatello and Cabernet Sauvignon as reds and Grillo, Zibibbo and Inzolia as whites. Over the years the selection has been improved with italian Spumante (sparkling wine) deriving from the variety of Catarratto Extralucido, the Passito of Zibibbo (dessert wine) and the Extra Virgin Olive Oil obtained from the famous Nocellara del Belice.

During the years, the hard work and the commitment in the realization of the highest quality product, have allowed us to win several national and international awards:

Vinitaly: n. 3 Gran Menzioni + 1 Great Gol Medal;
Selezione nazionale vini da pesce: n. 1 Medaglia d'argento + 2 Gran Menzioni;

Product packaging




The packaging for the individual products is made of strong cardboard and bubble wrap.
This protects the bottles inside by absorbing shocks and preserving their integrity.
For larger quantities of product, pallets are used.
