The Dallari Pizza Flours Bundle is composed of 3 different types of "00" flour: Dallari Oro kg 25, Dallari Arancio kg 25, Dallari Rosso kg 25.
All of them are very extensible Italian professional high-quality soft wheat flours, specifically for pizza and for very long leavening times.
A very high protein content and high strength for excellent results both with Direct and Indirect method.
The dough can be stored in a refrigerator at 4 C for up to 5 days.
The available package of 25 kg, it is indicated for a Professional use in the Food Service.

The minimum order quantity is a pallet per each flour.
The indicated price is an average price €/kg, it will change according to the quantities ordered per kind of flour.
