steps.Different thickness patterns can be etched on one side of a plate.
Various flow channels can be created by diffusion bonding several sheets made from SUS or other materials.
We have made full use of photo-etching technology to create flow channels, and have manufactured products that have 100 layers with a maximum size of 200 mm x 900 mm and a thickness of 200 mm.
