Our Linguine with Lemon are a fanciful variant of the original: we use only natural ingredients - fresh lemon juice, turmeric powder - to get the bright yellow color and tease the palate.

Union srl was founded in 1986 in Alberobello (BA) inspired by the entrepreneurial spirit of the Casulli family.
After the success in the clothing industry and in particular in the production of extremely prestigious women’s garments—for fashion house like Prada, Marni, Valentino Les Copains, Versace—in 2007 the company, bound by centuries-old traditions to zoo-technical and agricultural industry, opens the doors to the agrifood industry and creates “Nonna Mariangela” and “Terre dei Trulli” brands.
Terre dei Trulli pays tribute to the bakery tradition of Alberobello—the Unesco heritage place where the company has its origin—with taralli, tarallini, tocchetti, bruschettas, breadsticks, dry pasta in traditional and
special formats and the production of extra virgin olive oil of high-quality olive.
The products faithfully reflects the ancient Apulian recipes, tank to the thorough selection of local raw materials and the use of genuine and certified production methods.
