・ Plant-derived nano-sized lactic acid bacterium SNK® is a lactic acid bacterium derived from traditional food pickles (“Sunki pickles” in the Kiso region of Nagano prefecture). Preliminary epidemiological surveys have revealed that local residents who eat sunki pickles on a daily basis have a low prevalence of allergies (about 1/3 of the prefecture average), and are attracting attention.
This lactic acid bacterium raw material is cultivated with the strongest activity among sunki pickles, and its absorption in the body is enhanced by using patented technology.
