Shmel 11A is designed for airless horizontal road marking using quick-drying paints and retroreflective glass beads.
Shmel 11A is the most popular road marking machine in the CIS. Compact and agile, it makes a perfect solution for marking both highways and urban streets.
With the airless marking technology, you can use high viscosity paints, creating lines with clearly defined edges and making marking material penetrate the roadbed pores.
A wide use of the standard configuration, a well-developed service network, and affordable consumables ensure low ownership costs.
Good steerability and the Video Marker System allow easily following the desired trajectory when applying road markings. The marking unit design helps minimize the impact of road irregularities on the line geometry.
Coarse filters installed before the paint pump and fine filters installed before paint guns provide seamless marking experience and extend service life of paint nozzles and paint pump seals.
High-quality components ensure reliability and long service life of the equipment. In the machine we use components of leading companies like Graco, Danfoss, Festo, Fini, and Kamber.

- Left marking unit with two pairs of paint and glass bead guns (Kamber);
- Marking control panel M12 with a mini-panel and a remote START button;
- Paint flow meter;
- Digital speedometer in the cabin;
- Beam-type light on the cabin, spot light on the canvas top frame at the back of the machine, flash tube light on the marking unit;
- Glass bead flow sensors;
- Intercom;
- Video Marker System;
- Pass This Side sign (700 mm) on a swivel bracket;
- Handheld paint gun (50 cm extension, 10 m hose);
- Handheld jet air gun for cleaning of working equipment.
- Marking control panel M12 with a mini-panel and a remote START button;
