A delicate bouquet is redolent of spring blossoms and ripe fruit. Tasty, full flavors become particularly seductive when the wine is served chilled. It will bring out the best in seafood salads, pastas, and chicken with spring potatoes. A brilliant straw yellow colour precedes delicate aromas of white fruit, particularly apple, and delicious, balanced flavours on the palate. Perfect with appetizers, light meats and fish. Serve at 8-10°C.
The vineyards
This winegrowing area comprises a full 6,500 hectares, where viticultural expertise is passed down from generation to generation. The wines are ambassadors of Verona’s most prestigious denominations, names appreciated and respected throughout the world: Soave, Valpoli-
cella, Lessini Durello, Garda, Bardolino, Bardolino Chiaretto, Custoza and Delle Venezie.
