Miracle Mocha is a new type of liqueur created through a cross-industrial collaboration between Sanyo Coffee and Fujii Shuzo.

It is based on a cocktail recipe used the Oita Flare Competition.
Coffee beans are soaked in the shochu to extract the flavor of coffee.
The slightly fragrant barley shochu "Fushigiya" is used as a secret ingredient, and it has a rich café latte flavor.   
          
It can be enjoyed over ice, with hot milk, or poured over ice cream for a sweets.




【About Fujii Sake Brewery】




Fujii Sake Brewery was established in 1872 and is located in the mountains in the center of Oita Prefecture.

Since its establishment, the brewery has been striving to produce good quality sake under the mission "Wajo Ryoshu." It means "harmony creates good sake."

The area near the Fujii Brewery is dotted with limestone caves that produce high quality water, and the brewery uses good water, good ingredients, and a natural environment suitable for brewing.

Their theme is "A sake brewery in a village where the shiny wind blows and the water is clear."
They obtained OCCP International Organic Certification in 1999 and ISO 14001 certification in 2000, and are aiming to be environmentally friendly in their production activities.
