The Bianchetto Truffle belongs to the family of White Truffles but compared to its older brother it has a much more pungent smell and a very intense flavor. Also known by the name "Marzuolo", it is harvested from January until late spring. The size is mixed, starting from about 8g up to a maximum of 20g.
We deal mainly with selling of fresh truffles and truffle-based products made from the finest raw materials found in the woods of Basilicata; in-fact, it's the owner himself that, with the invaluable help of his dogs, daily scours his favorite 'hunting' reserves to gather the most flavored and fresh truffles.
