Kontur 1500 is the pioneer in the modular machine series consisting of standard self-propelled chassis with replaceable modules.
The module type determines marking materials to be used and the application method. The standard self-propelled chassis consists of a standardized operator workplace, a power unit, transmission and control units, module-mounting fasteners, and marking units. To apply glass beads onto the marking lines, the chassis is equipped with a glass bead tank allowing for vacuum loading.
The process module is a complete functional unit designed for operation with one or more similar marking materials. Replaceable modules provide for application of thick-layer and thin-layer road markings by various methods using specialized marking units.
Any module that is part of the machine can be replaced by another module directly by the user. Optionally, the machine can be equipped with any additional replaceable module.

KONTUR 1500H
Designed for applying thick-layer markings with cold-applied plastics and consists of a standard Kontur 1500 chassis and a cold plastic module. The marking unit can apply smooth and structured lines (agglomerate or dots) 100, 120, 150, 200, 240, 250 or 300 mm wide. Applicator sizes should be specified when ordering.
