PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Vulkan 2X1600M Pre-Heater is designed to melt and mix the thermoplastic material immediately before filling the marking machine.
The set of equipment includes two thermo tanks and a power unit with a diesel motor. The thermo tanks are heated by the heat generated by an oil burner and transferred by heat carrier oil.
The automation system maintains the set thermoplastic temperature in the desired range. The heat carrier oil temperature control prevents overheating throughout the entire material preparation cycle.
