Douro GODIN White Dry Wine Portugal BOB
The Douro is a valley, it is vineyard and also wine. The name and image GODIN are inspired by the God of Norse and Viking mythology: ODIN. Made from the Douro's finest grape varieties, such as Malvasia Fina, Gouveio, Viosinho, Rabigato and Fernão Pires. An elegant and fresh wine, with great definition, depth and strong character.
It is the epitome and unquestionable symbol of the excellent quality of Douro wines. It presents a good aromatic intensity: citrus and orange blossom, with a light tropical touch evolving later to some discrete mineral notes and at the same time elegant and unequalled. In the mouth it transmits freshness and seduction, with a wonderful fruit aroma, an excellent balance between alcohol and acidity that ends elegantly and harmoniously.
It should be served with light meals, recommended as an aperitif or to complement white meats, grilled fish dishes, seafood, egg starters or liver pastes or even salads.
