Manual welding machine RLT series for the rebar mesh production, wire diameter from 3 to 16 mm, cell dimensions from 25x25 to 300x300 mm. RLT series is the advanced modification of RL series.

New system of guide bushing allows a variable pitch and overall capabilities for welding flat cages with spaces, custom welded mesh manufacture, and custom dimensions mesh. The pitch dimensions are smoothly adjusted in both the line and cross direction with an accuracy of 1mm.
How it works
Operator controls the welding machine. Operator use line and cross pre-cutted in size rebar. The copper hammer is used to perform the welding spot at the intersection of the rebar. Using the foot pedal the operator activates the top beam pressing mechanism to complete the electrical circuit.
As you can see the operator presses and holds the foot pedal ones and just moving the welding hammer. Then he pressed button for pulling the mesh for one step. Adjusting the parameters you can tune up whole cycle of welding for individual person and save the time for manipulative action depending on skills.
For example, you need to weld a mesh panel of width 3000 mm x length 6000 mm, cell dimensions 100 mm, rebar diameter 8-10 mm.
1. Time of welding one point - 1.5-2 sec.
2. The number of welding points on the transverse rod - 30 pcs.
3. The quantity of transverse rods - 60 pcs.
4. Time for pulling of welded transverse rods for one step - 5 sec.
The result as is: 30 welding points * 1.5 sec. (welding time for one point) + 5 sec. (pulling of welded rows) = 50 sec. (total time for welding of one transverse rod).
60 cross rods (mesh lenght 6000 mm) * 50 sec. = 3000 sec. (total time for welding mesh width 3000 x length 6000, cell 100 mm).
You spend 50 minutes (or less) for the welding of 18 sq. m. mesh. Then you weigh the finished mesh and get a netto weight.
Thus is possible to know the production output per shift in tonnes for a specific wire diameter and cell dimension. Just calculate it yourself.
